🔧 Examples of Customisations / Integration Projects

Universiti Teknologi Petronas Pukunui has been supporting UTP's e-learning since 2013. At the beginning of the pandemic, there was an urgent demand to substantially increase online learning capacity, and provide a stable solution. Their learning management system was migrated to our cloud, with capacity to support up to 5,000 logins at any one time. This required a complete overhaul of the existing system, as well as software and plug-in integrations with the Azure active directory.

Lingnan University The university uses an annual support contract for theme development, version upgrades, upgrades to customisations, and remote installation of Moodle on production servers.

UniKL Malaysia 13 Moodle sites were migrated (various versions) into one new load-balanced Moodle site, supporting approximately 15,000 courses and 35,000 students.

University of Western Australia Developed workshop module plug-in, which allows the facilitator to offer a series of existing Moodle courses for a given period. Project included: creation of database and plug-in; workshop lists for participants and/or facilitators; auto-enrolment; transcription records; dashboard and other functionality; testing, installation and deployment.

Plug-in development / API A large part of the services we provide to clients revolves around plug-in development and integration work. For UniKL Malaysia, we wrote APIs that enable Moodle to communicate with their student management system. Exams, assignment and assessments were connected to the platform, allowing for easy reporting; all grades sent to Moodle were weighted and automatically added to individual transcripts. Whenever educators design a new subject, modules are automatically created with sections for new content, linking directly to relevant lecturer and student accounts.
